From Georgetown Basketball… to the Washington Nationals to Nascar, David Lee covers it all for Comcast Sportsnet and loves it!  In addition to covering everything from “A to Z,” Lee serves as an anchor on Comcast SportsNet’s SportsNite and SportsRise desk.

David joined Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic from SportsNet NY. Prior to becoming a member of the Comcast SportsNet family, Lee was sports director for WHBQ Fox 13 in Memphis, TN. Lee also served as sports director of KNTV 11 in San Jose, as a sports anchor for KDOC-TV 56 in Anaheim, and he headed-up promotions and served as sports anchor for KCOY in Santa Maria, CA.

Along with sports broadcasting, Lee is an award winning filmmaker, which he studied at Humboldt State University.  A graduate of the UMASS with a degree in Filmmaking/Advertising/Japanese, Lee also spent time as a high school teacher in San Jose.

Single and making his home in the D.C. area, David enjoys cooking, film, wine, music and of course sports. Over his career, Lee has covered two Super Bowls, a World Cup, The 49ers, Raiders, Titans, Giants, Jets, Ravens, and Redskins. The A’s, Giants, Cardinals, Mets, and Yankees, several college teams, sports and bowl games, but his greatest assignment came during his off-time, seeing his daughter, the love of his life, Sage, play with our traveling soccer team in her first tournament in Las Vegas.
